Carmen was our 3.5-year-old daughter's speech therapist for 9 months. Our daughter's main articulation issue was pronouncing /k/ and /g/; Carmen taught her how to properly pronounce the /k/ in 2 sessions, and mastery took a few more. The /g/ sound followed shortly thereafter. As the therapy continued, we were constantly impressed by the progress our daughter was making, and her burgeoning self-confidence in her communication skills.

Carmen exudes professionalism, has a pleasant demeanor, and is a natural at engaging a young child. Our daughter thought of her as a "playdate" and friend.
